I booked this room at a pretty significant rate increase from the surrounding area specifically for the pool and hot tub access which we were only told after checking in and paying was unavailable. The suite's induction oven top and dishes had to be re cleaned, there's a big mold spot in the bathroom and their advertised netflix access is only accessible if you log in and use your own account. The staff was great and breakfast was also good. But whomever owns this place needs to do maintenance.

“I stayed at TownePlace Suites with my family, and it was absolutely perfect! The hotel staff greeted us warmly, and the check-in process was seamless.
