“I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. “This accommodation is located within ten-minute walk from the Preston rail station. There is a famous park nearby. Fancy restaurant 'Aven' was also in the hotel. The staff was kind, and everything there was very clean. It has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms enough for two of us. The most fantastic thing was that the speed of wifi was great. I was happy while staying there. ”
