โThis accommodation is located within ten-minute walk from the Preston rail station. There is a famous park nearby. Fancy restaurant 'Aven' was also in the hotel. The staff was kind, and everything there was very
clean. It has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms enough for two of us. The most fantastic thing was that the speed of wifi was great. I was happy while staying there. โ
โVery nice property with spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, nice staff, on site restaurant with very good food. Right near city center, easy to get to and parking next to the hotel in the bus station. โ

The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area.
The gym area looked neat and tidy, I didnโt use them as Iโd used a gym in the city prior to arrival. The restaurant area had a nice feel to it even...
โEntrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast.โ
โExcellent facilities. Stayed here twice, specifically to enjoy the spa packages on offer, what a lovely way to relax. The bedrooms are very comfortable with bathrooms especially well designed in the Woodlands rooms. Or you can enjoy a more period feel staying in the Manor House. Hotel easily accessible from motorways, in a quiet countryside setting, we especially liked the well designed bathrooms.
