SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, Tyrol hotel rooms at the Independent

This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip

Great place with nice pool and gym. Next to the supermarkets and city center. Great location near the area atractions. Very helpful staff.

We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. It’s a strange looking hotel, but really nice on the inside. Staff goes above and beyond. The snow chamber must be experienced, especially during a heat wave; I think it is supposed to go with the sauna.

Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful! This place and surrounding area was very beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. Next time we will stay at least a week so we can enjoy every thing this place had to offer.

Our stay at Schloss Mittersill was absolutely outstanding, truly one of a kind! We were greeted with a welcome drink and received a gift when we left. The castle itself is absolutely stunning and amazing, so much to explore, so beautiful. Around each corner there was something else to discover. The different cellars, the watch tower, the chapel, the gardens, the lounge, the bar, etc. The restaurant with different dining rooms, a glass house, panorama terrace, courtyard terrace.
