poor customer service
The beds sucked. And they were not very helpful when it came to checking in. We were there for a bbq contest which was 20 miles away. We arrived before checkin started but wanted to at least pay and get our keys so when we arrived later we would have all that done. Was told no, and they wouldn't work with us on that. So add 40 more miles to our trip just to come back and check in and make sure our AC was on so the room would be cool when we returned to sleep. And the beds sucked.

Last minute stay
Good stay for a last minute overnight. The beds were super comfy but the overall ambiance was shabby. The sheets and towels were clean but really dingy. The staff was ok.

Unexpected and Overpriced
The hotel is overpriced for what you get and the condition of the property. If the stay was priced closer to $50 a night, I would have left a better review. However, the property hasn't been updated in a while. It also isn't the same hotel as the one connected with the actual casino. So, if you show up at the casino's hotel, you have to drive an additional three miles back because you won't be comped for the mix up. The room smelled like smoke, which made sense as the room hadn't been updated in a couple of decades. The room was overall clean, but worn, again from decades of use. The front desk staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was limited, but there were options.

stayed here because of its location was expensive for being in a very small toe and in no better shape breakfast was sparce no micro wave or fridge in small room, ok if you just arriving late and leaving early

keep driving
Room felt damp and smelled of mildew. Chose this hotel for an overnight stop on way to S Dakota because it was the only one between Omaha and Sioux City. Would have driven all the way to Sioux City if I had known the condition of hotel.

Stay away
Told this was a top notch place. Old, dirty. Bathroom floor sticky. Check in was a nightmare. Pace was just a dump! The person at Hotels.com who told me this was a nice place was so wrong.
