“Good hotel and great breakfast”

“Have stayed before & likely would again because of the wonderful location. Hopefully a one off experience. Sink/ pipes were clogged & rather odorous. Lounge seemed a bit unkempt, and coffee had run out by very early AM. Staff, particularly the lady during the morning were wonderfully kind, friendly, and helpful.”

“Friendly staff. Centrally located and offers complimantary breakfast which is very convenient. It’s an ageing property and needs a facelift however. Beds are confortable and clean. Restaurant is adjacent with grocery and liquor outlet a few steps away. Over all, I would recommend it.”

“Clean and kind assistance.”

“Beautiful and centrally located. Comfortable beds, good food, elegant fun atmosphere! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough!”

“Very price for the very basic rustic features of the place . Price should be at least $35 per night less.”

“Keep parking meter Canadian change available so visitors can convert their American to Canadian”

“Clean comfortable room with great beds.”

“Before we could even walk in the lobby, a staff member came to the door, blocking our entry and asking “Do you have a reservation?” I confirmed that we did and gave him the name. I was told he didn’t have a reservation for us. I proceeded to show him the details of our prepaid reservation on my iPad and instead of apologizing for his error was given “Well that is what I asked you for”as a reply. Honestly, it left a bad taste in my mouth as it was quite brusque and rude. Then he gave us the room...

“The place was very nice Just wish that they would had fan in the room It was warm and with door close there was no air movement from outside to help cool the room”

“Beautiful gardens. The breakfast was delicious and beautiful also. Cozy room. Would definitely recommend.”
