Hotel was great option for travelling on from Heathrow. It was clean and the staff were all lovely. The room was a good size. Couldn’t give it 5/5 as the sofa bed for our daughter was so uncomfortable. That is only complaint.

First they didn't have the two single bed room I reserved months ago. Once we got to the room with a double bed and an uncomfortable sofa bed my daughter had to sleep on there was absolutely no air conditioning no matter what I did to the thermostat. I tried to call the front desk with no answer. There is shampoo and body soap but no conditioner and very rough towels, with no wash cloth. The only good thing was the bus stop across the street to get to the airport.
