I booked this one online coming from America. The ease of check-in and cleanness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff was great. I had misplaced a bag and they were extremely helpful. Listening to me and offering ways to help it was embarrassing because I had simply packed it in a different place, but they were very gracious about my senior moment. They effectively held our luggage while we had a last day touring. Everything was so much better than I expected.

Stayed for one night ahead of an early flight the next day. Bus from LHR stopped right in front of it. Service from the front desk staff was really seamless. I enjoyed some time in the lobby doing work and some people were chatting with wine or having a quiet meal. The room was simple but well maintained. The early morning shuttle was incredibly prompt and pulls up right outside the hotel. Tap to pay as well. Overall would recommend if you have a late entry or early morning flight out of LHR.

Excellent staff and really polite lady on reception at check in! The room was okay but the toilet www unhygienic and had stains, the hotel is closely situated near Thorpe park and other close by attractions which is fantastic! The break I thought overall let the overall experience down it was a shambles! Poorly put together and it definitely wasn’t tasty! I would return to this area but unsure this hotel due to the breakfast

Five Stars not because it is similar to the Four Seasons but for the money I can't imagine a cleaner, nicer hotel. The room was clean as was the lobby, the bar, restaurant, etc. It is five minutes to Heathrow Airport via a regular bus that stops at the hotel and although planes are flying over, the hotel was practically soundproof - I never heard them. Lastly, there is an Italian Restaurant one block away that may have the best Italian food outside of Italy! My only complaint was the shower, although warm/hot, could have been hotter as I like extremely hot showers and mine did not get extremely hot. I didn't eat at the restaurant but the bar serves cold beer and good drinks.
