“The tv didn’t work in the room, other than that everything was good!”

“Location right next to bridge; was loud. The place was very run down. There was a hole next to the door. The card key didn’t work we had to go get another one. The ice machine’s were all broken except for the one on the 4th floor. The light didn’t work in our room nor did the light fixture where the sink was. The TV remote didn’t work at first when I went down to complain there was no one at the front desk. Huge stain on the carpet. The beds were not comfortable. I would not recommend this...

“Spacious room with 2 queen beds and comfy lounger. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Quick checkin and checkout. Area seemed a bit desolate, but a few restaurants and gas stations nearby. We opted to head downtown where the hotel had also recommended a few places. Went for Mexican and was delicious. Nice downtown and walked around a little too. Nice one night stay. ”

“I stayed here for a total of 4 days. As soon as you walk in the hotel the smell was stale. I was looking forward to the pool and hottub but the pool looked green and the jets on the hottub were not running properly. The inside of my room smelled stale as well. You could tell they didnt wash the carpets in a while. I stayed on the 1st floor and every night there was loud noises from other attendants. Teenagers would run down the hallway slamming doors. “Great hotel in an incredible location on the St. Clare River. Beautiful walks along the river, freighters floating by, nice attached restaurant.”

“the night staff guy was amazingly sweet and helpful and just made us wanna come back. the rooms were ok found toenails and stuff between the bed and night stand. they were awesome hosting our reptiles”

“We loved the place, just my dog & myself. Wish they had a garbage w/bags where the grass is to take them potty. At least a garbage, took a while to find but it's right outside the office. 🤔 Nice & quite as we reciprocate. 👍”
