“Friendly stuff ”

“Check-in and check-out process was easy. Staff was friendly. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but parking was easy and it was a short drive to surrounding cities and Mammoth Cave National Park. It was a great budget place to shower and sleep after a long day of hiking and exploring.”

“Newer property. No breakfast offered. Coffee only. There's convenience items for sale adjacent to the check in desk, you ring yourself up at a kiosk like at Walmart. No ice machines in the hallway. There are icemakers in the rooms inside the fridges, but takes a while to get them going. Staff did just enough to work the desk, not overly friendly, didnt go out of way. Perhaps the property hasnt had time to develop its vibe, kind of cold. ”

“Checked in at 9:30pm with a very nice, polite reception clerk. Went to room and discovered the inn as being completely run down. Though an obvious effort had been made to clean, there was a musty smell, loud rambling ac unit and we could hear everything from the family in the adjacent room. Bathroom was in poor shape. The bed was uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep. My wife was so distraught and disgusted we checked out 3hrs later and forfeited the stay. Got back on the road and kept...

“Other than the friendly front desk staff nothing about this place would have me returning. It’s just run down and filthy. The rooms smell horrible, the connecting door in our room had a broken, hanging handle. The air was either full blast loud or nothing at all. If we hadn’t been on the road for so long in such horrible traffic and just needed a couple hours of sleep so badly we likely would not have stayed. 100% would not recommend this place.”

“Pros…bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, pool was ok, hot tub needs resurfacing, breakfast was nice. Cons…mold on the bathroom and on the window, room was very dirty, hallways smelled bad, flooring was coming up in hall, elevator, and room, towel bars and toilet paper holder rusted. I can’t believe Wyndham has their name on this place. We won’t use this hotel again.”

“Very much older property and it shows. Renovations have been done but cheaply. The carpet in the room had mud stains. The bathroom faucet would shoot out water from the sides of handle if you turned it to much. The tv only had about 15 channels cause the rest were locked and was told management only pays for a few channels. The breakfast is terrible. The hot water had to run for at least 15-20 mins to be hot. There was a few positive things… room size, had microwave and nice size mini fridge,...
