“Staff was friendly, room was nice. Good location, we were able to easily walk most anywhere we wanted to go.”

“Overall a great hotel. The staff were great. Minor inconvenience that the pool area was shut down due to current weather conditions. It did rain one day but the pool area was never opened up. Our only complaint is the bathroom. The shower never really got hot and the pressure was pretty poor. Also didn’t like the fact there were no shelves for our toiletries we brought with us.”

“The room was clean. The hotel overall was very nice. Parking is accessible right beside the entrance (you do have to pay). No valet. It is underground and a little tight if you have a bigger vehicle. The continental breakfast was a very nice bread one of the best I have had. Lots of 24/7 purchase options available in the lobby area for snacks or drinks, if needed. Walkable to popular downtown restaurants and venues as well.”

“Great”

“The hotel provides transportation within a two-mile radius. If I'm remembering correctly, we didn't find that out till we were leaving; just a helpful tip to anyone who is planning on staying. Everything was very clean no noise at all when sleeping from the outside. Would definitely stay again.”

“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“Very modern, very clean, great location”
