Great service, facilities need servicing
I stayed 1 night at the hotel. They were very accommodating with regards to changing my stay date and checking me in very quickly even though I had arrived at 2am. However, the actual stay left much to be desired. The a/c was faulty and only blew out warm, humid air; and the room was infested with mosquitoes. Location was good if you wanted to go to the Fisht stadium and the olympic village, and Adler district though.

Great Place - Ideal if you are going to the Soccer
We didnt know what to expect when we book this hotel and it end up being a great experience, the proximity to the Olympic stadiums made all very easy for us to walk to the Soccer games.

This hotel is about 45 min walk to main entrance to Sochi autodrom. The hotel rooms are basic-there are no tea/coffee making facilities, the air con does not go below 17degrees, so does not really cool the room, and the TV only has Russian channels. There is no menu in any language other than Russian, so you need a translation app. On the plus side, there is free wifi and the hotel staff are very helpful. A taxi from airport to hotel cost me 1000 roubles with the return journey being 500, probably due to the driver believing he was taking part in the GP, and taking circa 10mins.

Nice updated modern hotel
Hotel is right up close to the Olympic park built for 2014 winter games. It's not very close to the beach, but it offers free shuttle that runs every hour, and it only takes 2-3 minutes to the beach.

Nice hotel, close to the Olimpic park
Advantages: Nice and cozy, little hotel. Cross the road from the Olimpic park. Good buffet breakfast was included in the price (not like regular continental breakfast). Besides, there were places to eat. Friendly stuff always ready to help! Disadvantages: Messy bathroom, proximity to construction, no privacy at the balcony.
