"The property was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. The carpet was stained and filthy, the walls were all dinged up and needed paint, door handle fallen off the closet, the shower was moldy caulking with stains all over the tub and shower curtain, and the entire hotel was in horrible maintenance condition. Holes in the carpeting holes and ceiling. The pool was out of order. The yards are full of weeds, and it appeared that the place was a being used homeless shelter based on the people that were hanging out there Anna the number of dogs inside the hotel. Didn’t feel safe.
We showed up there after 20 hours of travel at 11 PM and didn’t notice how bad things were because we were so out of it from traveling. We woke up in the morning and were completely disgusted. My wife wouldn’t even shower there. I showed the front clerk pictures of the room. She called the owner and they decided to offer me a refund of half of fee, and I told her I was not satisfied with that and wanted a complete refund. She told me that she felt threatened by me and that she didn’t feel comfortable. She said I had to leave immediately or she’s going call the police. Complete whack job psychopath with zero ability to work with the public or resolve customer issues. D0 NOT even consider staying here. Oh did I mention the breakfast was absolutely horrible cold cereal, self wrapped buns and some snack, pack style fruit cocktail, and applesauce."
