We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place. It was so perfect and we wish we would have stayed longer. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The pool had an amazing view of the mountains. Absolutely an amazing experience! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The views were to die for! The restaurant was top tier (try the Hake loin). The only thing that I didn’t like was the jacuzzi was barely warm and the staff claimed that was the highest it would go.

This hotel is one of the prettiest hotels we ever stayed at. We loved the landscaping and the rooms. Note: the drive up can be hairy at times and parking was at times difficult when dinner hour is happening but the hotel itself can’t be beat. Would love to come back for another stay

A quiet oasis in the mountains. Not much to do outside the property except relax by the pool and eat at the restaurant all with beautiful views! Drive up isn’t bad, but would suggest renting a smaller car rather than getting a large suv. Still able to get up there, but a lot of K-turns with our car.

The property was absolutely beautiful with well maintained landscaping and a mountain / ocean view. These shouldn’t deter you from staying here, but the room could have been updated with newer features (tv, furniture) and in my opinion breakfast should have been cheaper given the options provided. Dining for lunch and dinner, however, was very good and all the staff were very friendly.

Beautiful scenery, but disappointing service

The good things first: the location of the hotel is beautiful with a magnificent views over Port de Soller and a lovely sunset. The pool area is nice albeit quite small. Unfortunately, the service falls far short of expectations. Despite having a seemingly large team of staff, they were frequently inattentive. On multiple occasions, our plates were left uncleared, drink orders were forgotten, and no follow-up was made to offer additional refreshments. We often had to clear our own table or seek assistance proactively. Dining Experience: One particularly frustrating aspect is that the hotel’s restaurant operates independently. As a result, food and drinks are only served within the designated restaurant area—not by the pool or in the scenic garden, where many guests would naturally want to sit and enjoy the view. This significantly limits the flexibility and overall experience. Additionally, all restaurant charges must be paid immediately, as you cannot charge them to your room—an inconvenience that feels outdated for a hotel of this standard.

It's GORGEOUS! Peaceful, just sooo lovely. Sheep wandering above and below. Beautiful pool, and many beautiful areas to sit. And loved the patio off our room. Like many people said, the driveway is a huge issue. VERY rocky, narrow, only 1 lane for 2 cars. They REALLY need to fix it. It's scary and I refused to drive it after dark. The only other thing, I would say, the service for the price could be improved. Not the waitstaff, but the housekeeping. We got water for our room the first day and after that it was non existent. My daughter and I carted all of our huge suitcases up a bunch of stairs when we arrived. Just small things like that that should have been done, would be nice. Also, no food service at the pool. Just a little fridge where you grab sodas and sign a form. Some snacks and beverages poolside would be a nice addition. With all that being said, though, I still highly recommend!

Windy one lane road to get to the property - could be hairy for faint of heart. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site, it was wonderful. It’s not full full service but the location more than made up for that. You can’t beat the best sunset there ever!

Spectacular property, a short drive from Sóller. This is a place that is ideal for a couple or group of friends wanting to experience the best of rural Mallorca, but close enough to the beaches and towns if you have a car and are confident enough to tackle the winding roads. The grounds are meticulously maintained and a feast for the senses at every turn.
