The room condition was okay, room was dark as there was not much lighting. Depending on when you went to the front desk, some staff members were courteous and some were not. The elevators were not working properly- definitely not easy lugging bags up and down the stairs. The staff at Blossom were AWESOME!!!

Quick trip

The location was close to our son, but we had Hope to be able to walk to things near by and there. Really is nothing near the hotel. Room was fine, the bed was just ok, it was a little bouncy. The room was clean, just a bit older, but it was nice and quiet.

An Ordinary Stay in NJ

My experience was average, the customer service was excellent. The building and room seemed a little bit outdated but besides that my experience was pretty good.

Room was clean and well organized. Pool area and gym clean and convenient. Quite nice. No towels in pool area; had to request. Checkout was less than adequate regarding parking lot exit instructions. This particular staff member at reception desk was not very communicative. Room card did not work or was not properly validated even though we paid for parking in our bill. It looks like the room card was invalidated before we got to parking lot. Another guest had to use their card to let us out , since no one answered the help button at parking exit or the reception desk.

The staff in the lobby check-in were very courteous and helpful during our stay. Food and drinks were excellent at the Blossom restaurant. The room was very clean and neat.
