“Really a wonderful experience. I travel to Medellin often to visit friends and family and so I have a lot of experience with hotel in the city and I have to say that this is my top choice. The staff is absolutely amazing! The room was comfortable and exactly as advertised. I recommend this property 100%!”

“Everything was great we will definitely be back Super clean, great location and everyone was wonderful”

“Very poor service. They didn’t provide anything to wash the dishes with. We were left outside for 20 minutes because the receptionist wasn’t there; we tried calling, but there was no answer—she only opened the door once she finally came down. They wouldn’t allow me to have any visitors, and my room was never cleaned during my entire stay, even though I put out a sign requesting that it be cleaned.”

“hot water takes forever to turn on, hosts unresponsive. makeup on the sheets. security guard that’s full time is rude, the night guards are really nice. I was not given the room I was promised. the walls are PAPER thin”

“Very helpful host.”
