Pretty good hotel! You did most of the work yourself so not much staff but the waiter in the restaurant was very nice. The food they had at the buffet was also good!

We stayed at this hotel for a friend's 70th birthday party that was being held close by. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant could use some additional staff at dinner time but my overall experience was good.

OK country hotel needing a facelift

Automated check-in system, which can be a bit impersonal for guests used to more traditional systems. However, the staff were great and very keen to help. For the price paid, I felt a little short-changed. The bedroom and bathroom really need an update although the bed was comfortable and I slept well. The evening meal buffet was basic but tasty and quite good value for around £23. Breakfast was also basic but adequate and included in the price. Internet speed was great. The location was quiet and in the countryside and suited my purposes well. The big plus was the staff!

Big std room with good bed. Littlebit warm but it was easy to open the window. Evening dinner was better before but the breakfast was still good, better than many hotels in DK.

Highly misleading information on the website

Awful service. The bed had no sheets, no comforters, we had to ask for them. The paper was out in the bathroom. The water in the bathtub only was like warm and had a very poor flow witch made the bath cold before it was filled. The evening meal in the restaurant had only one dish to choose from. The breakfast was worse, the majority of the trays were empty (fruits, vegetables, black tea, rolls, bacon, gluten free bread, orange juice) and what was shown on the website was missing.

Told I needed a reservation for one when down at the restaurant but I could order room service from the chef who put on only 2 choices of starter/main/desserts. I don't really get the difference, plenty seats at the restaurant. Bathroom must have had recent work done as some trash was just dumped in there, used tissues and what looked like old bits of sealant scattered. Nickolas at the front desk was very helpful however, 10/10 for him.

Not worth it

The restaurant appeared to be closed on a Sunday so we needed to take the car to find a place to eat. There's a charging point for your car, but didn't work. Due to renovation, we were upgraded to a superiour room. It didn't feel superior and was wondering what a standard room would look like... A shower curtain really should be banned from hotels. No personel at breakfast so they asked you to clean your own table. All together a lot of money for what you get.

wants to be more than it is

No staff on reception when arriving. Not warned restaurant was very busy when checking in (eventually) and when going down to try and get table was told it was fully booked - after 12 hours on the road the last thing I wanted to hear. And at breakfast there was no staff available to ask for an egg free hot breakfast - everything was pre-prepared and contained EGG! And the coffee was coloured water. No, just no!

Værelset og sengen var OK. Der var ikke varmt vand i bruseren, så morgenbadet var langt fra en fornøjelse. Ind og udtjekning var 100% selvbetjent, hvilket fungerede fint men var meget upersonligt. Det er fint at der er billard, dart og bordtennis til fri afbenyttelse. Aktivitetsrummet i kælderen er dog sparsomt oplyst, så det er ikke et rart sted at være. Det bliver også brugt til opbevaring af papkasser med sæbebeholdere mv. Morgenmaden var OK. Dog måtte man konstant bede om at få fyldt op på kaffe, juice, æg osv. Og på trods af at der stod et skilt med wienerbrød, blev det ikke serveret. Den enlige tjener virkede noget forvirret.

De har da forstået at køre dette hotel i sænk lige fra tidspunktet fra overtagelsen efter comwell. Såvel service som forplejning som konference er langt under standard. Det er synd, for beliggenheden er meget fin.

Dejligt sted og dejlig morgenmad. Selv check in/out virker godt. Dog havde vi bestilt med queen size seng og fik et med 2 enkelt seng. Tilbage igen og få hjælp af personalet så derved var der ikke meget sparet ved selv check in. Minusser: Tåbelig kort bruseforhæng så hele gulvet sejlede efter bad

Vi blev godt modtaget og fik information om hotellet. Vores værelse var rigtig fint og rent og større end vi havde forventet. Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Morgenmadsbuffeten kan anbefales - virkelig lækker og lokalet var super hyggeligt. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse!
