“It was nice hotel with great view. but it was hard to connect to reception desk from the room so i had to come down to the reception to ask what i want. and also reception desk staffs don't really know about what kind of program they have and told me to ask the spa staff. and also if you don't like to be disturbed, you have to put your sign on your door, otherwise they would knock your door several times during the day. i am not sure whether it is culture in portugal, but i was startled when...

“Clean, modem hotel with good sized rooms. Location was excellent, in the old town. Bus station was next to hotel but there was no noise or problems, rather it was a bonus for being able to get around. Included breakfast was generous with lots of variety on offer.”
