Overall great stay!

Great stay in the whirlpool room! Reasonably priced and across from the pool and fitness center! Wifi wasn't great, had trouble connecting Xbox to the wifi, loved the smart TV on the room, just wish I could choose which streaming services are on there.

It was a great stay enjoyed the pool and the beds were super comfortable I enjoyed my stay but I can say they need to check their shampoo and conditioner that are on the wall in the shower, the conditioner was empty other than that it was very nice

Modern lobby and bar.

Very nice lobby and breakfast area. They have many snacks and some meds available too. The rooms are nice and clean and are traditional hotel rooms in style and size. They are clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. They allow dogs but they have a 50 dollar pet fee

Nice hotel, conveniently located. Loved the free gift bag of water and snacks at check in. Was disappointed that there was no maid service at all during a 4 day stay and I had to request fresh towels from the desk.

Good place NO HOT TUB

Probably cleanest place to stay in Elkhart. Picked this place because of hot tub and pool, but when we got there no hot tub its been filled in we wanted to relax in hot tub and let kids swim in pool we picked this place 100% based on hot tub

This peoperty is nice, clean and well maintained. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the lady at the front desk on the time of my check it but perfect customer service. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I would no question stay here again if I return to the area.

Nice overall. Good staff at check in and around lobby. Bar and restaurant were closed for maintenance. This should be communicated before booking. I always book based on bar and restaurant on site. But there was a good restaurant The Chubby Trout across the street.
