Did what it said on the tin! We had aircon that worked we had beds to sleep in and a shower. Hotel looks to have been recently took over , im sure they will put there stamp on it! And give it the refurb it needs

Breakfast still is terrible, waffles and microwave sandwiches are the only hot options. Otherwise, it's a convenient, relatively cheap place to stay

Brief Staf
Our stay was very pleasant, despite the frigid temperatures. The room was clean and quiet. Our stay was brief but enjoyable. A very convenient location. Breakfast a bonus!

Stayed here a lot for Notre Dame work. Staff are friendly, when awake (I check in a lot late at night). New wrinkle - you now have to ask for room service rather than assuming it will happen. I ran out of towels before seeing the small sign on the bathroom mirror. Breakfast options are now non-existent, but the waffles are good.

The property had pending charges for my rooms before I even showed up to the facility. When I booked, I stated I would pay at the property. They had not one, but FOUR pending charges against me that affected my bank account. When I wanted to speak with the manager to try to resolve the issue, I was told "he will try to be here by 10 am the next morning." When I asked at breakfast about the manager, the lady I spoke to was short and rude. I have never had this issue before with other hotels when selecting to "pay at the hotel." Not to mention, the walls were paper thin and I could hear any noise that was coming from the other side. I could hear the neighbor coughing through the wall. I could also hear when the people across the hall came back. I understand you can usually hear some noise, but this was a little excessive. For being in a college town that has a lot of business during football season, I was severely disappointed.

It was ok overall. The room was not very clean, with the floors being pretty dirty. Other than in the shower or bed, we wore our shoes. Breakfast items were kind of hit and miss on quality, even from day to day, including the prepackaged stuff. Strange. No bad smells or any illegal activity that I saw, but there seemed to be quite a bit of security there on site.

This hotel room was absolutely disgusting. I can get past the tattered and torn chairs and beds, the dog hair on furniture, stains on the bedding and lampshade, and the cracked sink. However I had to draw the line at rodent droppings around the room, and both dead and live insects. Also, the exterior door by our room didn’t close properly which is a major safety issue. When we asked about a possible room change, the staff was unhelpful and rude. We left after about 15 minutes and checked into another hotel only 3 miles away, which was only slightly more expensive, but clean and safe.

When we arrive I noticed that the toilet was dirty I let the front desk know each day we stayed and they never came to clean it it was not very pleasant using a dirty toilet

If you book third party, there is an ADDITIONAL $100 fee to your room. They have other stipulations when you arrive to the hotel to check in. Be careful. Room needed a deep clean. Walls were dity, and carpet for my liking. Breakfast was good and bed was comfy. Pool looked maintained.

Fair price and served my needs.
All was pretty nice. Some carpet burns that need attention. Bathroom layout is terrible, sink on outside of restroom and in a cramped corner. Pool was nice, could have been a little warmer.

Worst stay EVER! Creepy!
Room was filthy. Staff refused to switch rooms. Smelled like cigarettes, ant infestation, floors/carpeting were so dirty I had to wear shoes all the time. Microwave and lamp did not work. Drapes did not close completely. I asked several times to change rooms and was denied. Floor was so dirty, I took a white towel and just rubbed the carpet, it was black. Showed the front desk, and still didn't get a room change. I checked out the next morning- now they will not refund the night I didn't stay there. Take them off of your listing.
I took this towel and just lightly rubbed on the floor. You can see the black from my fingertips. It was awful.

Good value, needs some updates
The bathroom was in need of repairs (shower specifically) and it was REALLY noisy. Staff was friendly and helpful, and for the price, it was fine. But updates need to be made.

Desk clerk was slow, seemed untrained. I was delayed both at check-in and checkout. Took 10 to 20 minutes for each task. Property in disrepair. Enjoyed pool for a few minutes. Jacuzzi did not work. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

There where what looked like blood stains on the carpet the shower head was coming away from the wall. We were supposed to stay at another hotel, but it was over booked. So we had to stay here instead.
