“Our first family trip inside of UK due to our children having a mid-term break. The staff are very friendly and it's very comfortable as a 4-star hotel. When we arrived at the hotel and we want to use a swimming pool but unfortunately, they are cleaning the pool so we can't use it for first day. Many families are there for their holiday so they should not clean during the weekend. The weather was so terrible with raining and windy so we could not go for the trip.
