“Lovely little cottage in perfect position next to a beautiful lake yet still so close to the beautiful Praa sands beach. Lovely big summerhouse right by the lake to use. Only a few miles drive into Porthleven for great restaurants or Helston for a supermarket shop.”

The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days.
