"The room smelled musty and we found mold. We both woke up in the morning with sore throats that cleared up soon after we left. Due to the condition of the room we weren’t comfortable eating in the restaurant. I did ask for a glass of milk and was refused. Told they didn’t have any? The shuttle to the pier didn’t start until 10:00 which was too late for our embarkation time. The staff were barely civil and were more interested in chatting with each other than taking care of their guests. Would never stay there again! "

"So there was no information on where to park so upfront checking in I parked across the street and I got an $85 parking ticket the room and everything was less than superior. I won’t stay there again. The furniture was all scratched. The bed broke on the second day the pullout couch they came in and repaired, and they actually used some knife that I brought to cut fruit for my daughter. The picture say one thing when you get in there is so different there’s one AC unit and one bedroom could barely pull out any AC and I was in March, which is temperature wise not hot. I can’t even begin to imagine being there during the summer you could tell they’re trying to do improvement on it, but the fact that they don’t inform you when you’re checking in where to park and the fact that the furniture was so rundown, I will definitely not stay there again. "

"We came here with kids and chose this hotel because it looked attractive from the outside and is close to the beach. Unfortunately, everything was disappointing from the very beginning. There was no proper parking available — we had to pay $43 for valet parking, and it wasn’t even clear where our car was being taken. We also had to wait about 40 minutes to check in, with only two receptionists working very slowly. The pool was dirty, with a lot of hair, some feathers, and what looked like mold on the bottom. It was also very noisy at night. We went to bed around 10 PM, but loud music from the bar kept playing. We had to leave the air conditioner on all night just to block out the noise."
