"Overall the facilities were very clean and well maintained. We stayed for only one night but we were impressed by the size of the room and how nice the amenities were. My two complaints, one check-in process and no breakfast. I was sent a link to complete my check-in with a registration card. I included a picture of my license and cc. It also asked if I had pets and what were their names. I did take two small dogs and included their names. Upon arrival, I told the woman I am not so sure how to check in because it said I would receive a text with a code. She apologized and sent the code and said that’s it since I filled out the online info. As I was walking my dogs, I needed a poop bag and went to ask the front office since they were out in the dog area, another woman was their and she scolded that I did not let them know I had dogs. I told her I filled out the online form but she was like no you need to tell us. I paid the fee which is understandable but she made it seem like I was trying to hide my dogs.
My understanding from the description in hotels.com was that a continental breakfast was included."
"Great staff! Very helpful and welcoming! Only issue we had was that our room smelled like smoke even though it’s a smoke free hotel. We had our kiddos and the smell wasn’t the greatest for them. We didn’t change rooms due to the hotel being booked."
"Check in and check out were both super easy. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and cozy. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Definitely worth it!"
