"I was very pleased with my stay. I’m a germaphobe and travel with Clorox wipes and bathroom cleaner, this room required none of that. The bathroom was totally spotless as was the rest of the very spacious king suite. The carpeting throughout looked new, the staff were polite and helpful. The only downside was some occasional traffic noise, not the hotel’s fault. I also always travel with a noise machine so it wasn’t that noticeable. I highly recommend the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Simpsonville."

"This is our second stay at the property this year. Our room was fine but we were staying with friends and the baseboards weren't attached to the wall and the ceiling was falling down in the bathroom. We did however check in on Tuesday and had to ask for room service on Friday. Says you will get room service every other day. Also, I don't mind using towels for 2 days, but I really don't want to have to use washcloths more than once. We were only given 2 for two people.Had to ask at the desk."
