We know that’s no fault of the hotel itself, but we could not check in until after 7 PM and later on that night, we were on the first floor in our room flooded with water, so our items were damaged by the water was not offered to move to another room and the breakfast was pitiful as a continental breakfast no fruit weak coffee bread that you can toast and some jelly on the website...

“No one was ever available at the desk. They don’t answer the phone when you call the number left at the desk. When asking for clean linen, they gave me dirty linen. Breakfast started an hour late. Key card shuts off at anytime, that’s a bigger problem when no one is at the desk to help you and not answering the phone. Rooms not ready. “I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was so disgusting that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. From the moment we walked through the front doors, I was horrified. The carpet in the lobby and hallways was absolutely filthy. I have never seen hotel carpet in such poor condition. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and made an awful first impression.
