The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a few things that was not working like the fridge. No closet and the police were around all the time. Besides that, it was a decent place. I would definitely go there again

We were originally placed in a room that had dead ants and other small bugs all over the bathroom floor. We switched rooms and this one at least didn't have dead bugs, but the carpet was dirty and peeling off where it meets the bathroom door, comforter had stains, bathroom door and front door had dents. The whole place just felt very run down

Won’t be my choice again. The place is not well maintained. It has loose electrical outlets, not safe . Their bed is not well supported. The head is lower than foot. Very uncomfortable.

My room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom hadn’t even been touched, but was comfortable and I’d stay here again out of convenience and comfortability.

Sheets were dirty, and the heater was broken. They were reluctant to accomadate, and they did not want to give the service they are supposed to provide for your stay.

Only for the utterly desperate or completely broke
I've always considered myself pretty thick skinned when it comes to cheap hotels but this one was just a little too much. There is no question that WE LEFT THE ROOM CLEANER THAN THE CONDITION IT WAS GIVEN TO US. The photos of the rooms are obviously from better days or previous owner. The pillows looked like something they dug out of a dumpster and the bed spread (if you could call it that) was covered in cigarette burns. The heater had two settings, blasting 85 degree air at full speed or OFF (there we low and medium fan settings which did nothing). We spent the first night oscillating it on and off again to try to keep the room at some sort of livable temperature. The second night we were like, f-it, lets just put on our long underwear and keep it off. It was probably 55 degrees in the room but at least it was consistent.

it was really dirty!! the room was small and dark w no trash can or floor mat for the shower so we had to put towels down and use our own plastic bags to keep our space clean! the mattress was so old and used it felt like an old futon. the shower curtain was black and moldy on the bottom and the walls were also questionably dirty with little spill drops all over. it smelled badly of cigarettes upon walking in but we left the door open and it seemed to go away. this is the worst place i’ve ever stayed here on 15+ times i’ve traveled to tahoe !! it was over 200 bucks for two days I would’ve been glad to pay another $100-$200 to stay somewhere nicer but we paid online and it was non refundable ! the only pro was the maintenance guy who nice and shoveling the snow outside . he made sure i had space around my car to walk

I had higher expectations for our stay but unimpressed. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we ran to the store and came back. Room was absolutely freezing when we checked in. Room appeared clean, but sheets not fully tucked in like it was made in a hurry. We had a room with 3 beds. We couldn’t use the room with the third bed because the outlets didn’t work for my husband’s CPAP. The kids ended up double bunking and no one slept in the 3rd bed because the room was so cold. It’s a good thing with the yellow light coming in from the exterior lights. The beds and pillows were hard as a rock. Thankfully, it had hot water and good pressure.

The worst of the worst everything was dirty, service awful, the only one who was nice was the housekeeper but not worth it the price, I had to buy towels and blankets and sleep with everything I owe to not touch anything there

First room hadn’t been cleaned, towels on the floor and bed messed up. Second room had no towels, no toilet tissue. The room had a faint unpleasant odor of garbage, and the thinnest walls I’ve ever experienced (could hear neighbors speaking in reasonable volumes). There are a lot of options in and around S Tahoe, avoid this one

the hotel overall was good. The only thing that was kind of weird was the bathroom door, as it was al sliding door, it really did not closed completely, so there was no privacy in it.

It was dirty, specifically the carpet! The bed sheets were not place properly! In the morning there were people talking louder outside and we woke up! There is nobody at front desk!

poorly stocked, didn't even have blankets in the room when checked in, not even a hanger available, needed to go pick up toilet paper from office, dusty room, staffs unavailable. A very rude, drunk, manager who's ready to pick a fight with guests for the tinniest issue of using a beat up chair that's left outside, ludicrous!!

The most disgusting place I have ever been. I found a used band aid. There was a pile of what I think was throw up in the corner on the bathroom. I want a refund. I left 10 min after checking in. This hotel is disgusting and should be shut done.

I booked this for the price, and I shouldn't. The facility is very limited and the WiFi works intermittently. The room is not clean and I can see stains on the sheet.

Our hotel was very dirty and not cleaned properly. The shower head looked like it was cut into the wall by unprofessionals and the shower curtain was very dirty. The bathroom sink was horrible the water pressure was too much. The bathroom was very small and tight. The beds were very uncomfortable and very hard. The floor was very dirty. When we got into our hotel about 30 minutes later a random person had opened our door with another key. She claimed that the attendant at the front desk gave her the key to our room. When we confronted the front desk she said that we went to the wrong room, but if we went to the wrong room the key she gave us wouldn’t have worked in the room we went into. This is very dangerous and very unsafe and unprofessional.

I checked into the property, however, once I got to my room, I couldn't even open the door all the way because the refrigerator was blocking. There was a stain on the bedding that looked like it could have been blood? Broken furniture, no bible. Ripped carpet, NO toilet paper. Was too scared to shower because it was dark in the stall, and towels were on the desk in the bedroom. Then, when I wasn't unable to stay the second night due to unforeseen reasons, the front desk was unable to give any refund. In fact, when Expedia tried to reach them, they had the wrong number on file. When I went to check out, the individual running the front desk did not even come out to greet me. Furthermore, both days, the reception area had a very strong odor. They completely overcharge for this run down hotel. If the owners at least would update so that it could be functional, but it's not. I absolutely DO NOT recommend.
