“The property was beautiful, as were the people. I had no issues or complaints about the property or people. The reason for only 3 stars is location. The beach is nearby, but not a beach you can actually enjoy. This property is on the outskirts of the coral coast, and is in a silty bay. There are no amenities, in or around the beach. You will need to travel a few miles down the road.”

“Have spoken with management about the issues of transport, communication and the villa not being ready upon our arrival. Management said they will fix these issue and work strongly on improving these services. ”

“I like the swimming pool, clean place, Stephanie let me check in early if available, and she very helpful. the house only 2 bed rooms has air conditioning, but not too bad . ”

“Smartest stay we ever booked. Everything about the Villa Alana was better than expected. Clean, functional, luxurious, plenty of space, pool and outdoor area excellent. Close to all amenities that Vaitape has to offer. Arii, our contact was lovely to coordinate with. Efficient and professional at all times. Can’t recommend this property enough. Btw, house comes with Geckos that are an absolute delight 😁”

“Bula! Saphire was a beautiful place to bring together a family group, but could benefit from a couple of simple changes. It’s a stunning location at the top of the hill, and perfect if you like a bit more solitude/happy to travel to do things. The pool is beautiful but on the cold/refreshing side because it’s in the shade. The house is huge, so could easily host a crowd. It’s reasonably set up for cooking but simple things like dishwashing liquid are missing. Lots of pretty run down/needs...
