Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Overall the my experience was solid 4.5 out of 10. Staff was very helpful and kind I left an item behind and realized HOURS after checking out. Luckily they had my missing item and i was able to retrieve it. The room itself was clean but hair dryer did not work, outlets by the bed also did not work and there was a hole behind the restroom trash. If you are looking for something affordable and want to stay in the middle of SPI I recommend booking here, all stores, restaurants and beach access are less than 5 minutes away

Good for the price

Stayed 2 nights to watch a Starship launch. For the price it surpassed my expectations. Clean and large room. Only problems: no hangers or shelves, noisy freezer, no holder for the toilet paper. I would recommend it if you are on a budget.

Critter and dirty hotel

This hotel looked good in pictures. Checked in left our stuff and went out to enjoy our family time. Got back late and tired That when we walked into the bathroom there was hair on the bath tub, the ceiling had daddy long legs the shower curtain had like what looked mold. In the sink area we saw little ants and baby roaches. Plus they didn’t even take out the hangers that were left behind. On one of the beds the sheets were dirty that I we slept on our towels. We didn’t complain because it was late and the next day we left early to go enjoy SPI. We stayed 2 nights Friday and Saturday. Yet I guess it’s true what they say you get what you paid but even at that we paid about $400.

Was very impressed with the management and my room was so comfy it was hard for me to leave it. A/c was really cold, walk in shower was very comfy. I slept like a baby. All appliances worked and no problems at all. The manager told me they don’t tow anymore so that is a big improvement. I am glad the hotel is better than the reviews. Thank you for such a relaxing stay!

The only positive thing I can say about my stay is that they allowed dogs and it was a last min booking. We were booked in front of the pool and the other guests had their toddles and kids running around banging the windows late at night. The pool had a closing hour but the families stayed past their time.

Pool & jacuzzi needs a very good deep cleaning. Time to get new towels. Towels were small and rough and not enough towels in each room. Front desk staff was courteous & helpful. Housekeeping needs improvement. Rooms were not swept when housekeeping came in.

Bad front desk service

Pillows smelled like a sweaty head. Beware they want to charge for everything extra. Cleaning staff was very nice. Very rude lady at check in. I send my son to check in for me becouse i cant do stairs and the lady said well how is she going to walk to the room. Very rude. Very small pool.
