“I’ve known of this place for two decades and understand it had been acquired by new owners. We were advised two days before arrival, after paying in full, that the pool was closed due to water shortage ( on arrival were told it was a broken pipe) along with the gym. The location is also experiencing a severe staff shortage which means housekeepers are overwhelmed with simple requests.
