“Your hotel would have been excellent if only the elevator had been a little faster (it is clearly very old) and the housekeeping staff on our floor had done their job properly. We left our room at 11:00 a.m. and returned around 10:00–11:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the "light service" that had been promised was never provided. “The renovations have greatly enhanced the property. All was very fresh. Staff was what one would expect. Proper attitudes. Kids enjoyed the pool. In all fairness, kids would have enjoyed the water were it a muddy creek. Breakfast was standard fare, but well prepared. Bottom line...I certainly will return in the future.”
