Very cute spot, friendly staff, right by the ocean, the only complaint is no A/C in the cottage, but they supplied me with a nice big fan, so I was fine. Wonderful spot, would love to go back

Rooms were clean, and very "roomy". Loved the post and beam ceiling in our room.... which also gave it a bit roomier feeling to the room. Great motel situated next to Skipper's restaurant (long time favorite), and just a minute's hop to the beach. Will come back again!

Lovely and charming little motel very near to the ocean on beautiful Cape Cod. The kids loved the pool. The property is a bit worn down and could need a freshen up, but overall nice and comfy.

Village Green is a hidden gem! My family first stayed here last summer, and have continued to come back and recommend this property to all of our family and friends traveling to the cape. The staff is accommodating beyond belief, and have all been so helpful to my family and i. The fact that you can walk outside to either the outdoor pool, or across the street to the beach is my favorite part.

Pros: perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and a good restaurant is nearby. Cons: no AC (but you can get a fan, ask for it if it’s not in the room when you arrive), no coffee/tea in the rooms but it’s available most of the day in the coffee room (as well as a microwave), no hairdryer (just bring your own). Overall, a good option for a Cod getaway.

Great Location!

Great location. Nice staff! It’s right across the street from a beach and right next to a very delicious seaside restaurant/ice cream parlor. It’s very close to some other ice cream shops and a Game Center that has mini golf, arcade, and go carts. Parking is free on property. The room was small but it was ok the only terrible thing is that none of the rooms have AC which means that in the summer it’s unbearably hot.

Very nice rooms, right next to a clean beach and a reasonable price for 4 people. We got in very late, but they had messaged me to call ahead and ensure we would have our keys. The person on the phone was very helpful and we got our keys no problem. The pool they have is a nice size, not too shallow not super deep and it was very clean. The next morning, we spent time in the pool and had a smooth checkout as well. 5/5 stars, I would visit again for sure.

The motel was unexpectedly surprisingly spacious, which was great. It’s convenient and walkable to a restaurant right beside it and also to a beach right in front. Other restaurants and beaches are also nearby, which you can drive as well. I like the property, I would definitely come back. However, I wish there was AC. At one point during the night, it became too hot that my friend & I couldn’t sleep. Nonetheless, it is a great motel to stay if you’re just looking for an affordable, safe & convenient place.

Beach Access!

We absolutely loved that the ocean with a lovely accessible beach was literally across the street. And at least when we were there, this hotel is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a delicious restaurant right next door. We did have to haul all our luggage up the stairs, but our room was quiet and spotlessly clean. It did have a musty odor, but after we opened the windows for a bit, it was much better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. It has a nice pool, too, which we didn't have time to use.
