"A staff member rudely targeted a guest at the breakfast bar and accused him of not being a guest and forced him to proof he was a guest, This was done in front of everyone that were dining at the time. The guest was polite with the staff at all times and the staff was disrespecting him which is why it was so upsetting. "

"Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom needed some repair work as the shower curtain rail was coming out of the wall! Other than that, it was super friendly staff and a basic breakfast that still was able to fill me up, good for stays near the airport for early flights or late arrivals!"

"Hotel is nicely decorated, decor and furnishings are updated and inviting. Very clean hotel and room. Gym is a good size with decent equipment. Did not use bar or restaurant bit upon checking in, in the evening, I noticed it was very busy. "
