"Upon arrival, I requested a room on the upper floors that was renovated; however, I was told that all the rooms are the same. I was placed in a room with carpeted that smell like urine. The bed frame was old with scratch marks and the furniture was outdated. In the bathroom, the soap dispensers were empty. For the most part it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. It was disappointing to see that on the day of checkout, the other rooms on the same floor were nicely renovated. I glanced over to look, as they were in the process of being clean. Overall, I will not recommend, unless you can guarantee a newly renovated room with no carpet."
