โThisnhotel is a great stay for those visiting in the area for whatever reason. All the staff were polite and welcoming (I interacted with about 5 people during my stay). Very close to the Biltmore, there are quite a few different areas close for food and shopping as well. It is off a busier road in the area, however due to the positioning of the hotel and design of its landscaping it has a quieter "feel" to it. There were no safety issues and the hotel maintains security throughout the evening...
โThe property was excellent - very retro and nicely done to preserve the history of the hotel. the staff was very welcoming from the valet to the front desk staff to the lady running the historic elevator. They even provided a welcome beverage as we checked in. โ
โGreat hotel in great location. Front of house staff was exceptional. Bar staff unfortunately was quite rude and unfriendly. Maybe they were just understaffed, but donโt take that out on the customer. โ
โEverything about Pinecrest B & B is wonderful!!! It's what the B & B experience is supposed to be. There is no other place my wife and I will stay when we visit Asheville.โ
โWe have stayed in many B&Bs around the country and this experience was simply outstanding. We were there six nights and breakfast was fabulous and unique each morning. The hosts and staff were very friendly and attentive. The neighborhood of Asheville is spectacular and this home is elegant and special. โ
