The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful. The hotel has a great location. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to all restaurants and shops. The staff is super professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable and the hotel has an amazing view from the pool terrace of La Concha beach.

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel. Right in the old town, next to the harbor and trail up to the castle, and can walk to everything easily right from the hotel. Friendly staff and great fresh breakfast offerings each day.

Great location, just a few blocks from the beach. Easy walk from the bus station. Don't forget to ask about the elevator from the city-level. The hotel is on a hill and is quite a walk uphill if you're not aware of the elevator. It's locked and requires a code but you can call on the intercom when you arrive to have them open for you.
