"What a fun place! Plenty of room. We played foosball had a fire outside. We enjoyed the fireplace too. We hadn’t anticipated no TV though. You might want to add that to your description. The water is definitely smelly, so we truly appreciated the 40 bottles of water you provided. Definitely a great place for a girl’s weekend or family reunion!"

"Motel was clean throughout. Price was fair. Parking was good. Refreshment machines handy. Breakfast was pretty good with a number of choices. Roadway is a little noisy til about 2300. On a major street so easy to find"

"I didn’t get any fresh bed linens in the 10 nights I stayed, even when asking for them. I did get fresh towels and garbages emptied every 4 days. Disappointing for a high end hotel. There are cheaper hotels in Rochester with better housekeeping services. I’ll stay at those in the future. Breakfast and soup in evening were good and appreciated."

"The rooms were great, it took a long time to check in. We got there at 4 on a Sunday and it took about 45 minutes to check in. I wanted to swim when I woke up but the pool isnt open on Monday and Tuesday, so that sucked! Breakfast doesn't come with a room you have to walk to the other side of the casino to eat at the restaurant if you want Breakfast"

"This hotel feels very outdated and in serious need of renovation. I was initially assigned a studio room in a separate building behind the main hotel, and the room felt very old and had a strong unpleasant odor. The furniture was worn and outdated, the carpet looked like it needed a deep cleaning, and overall the room did not feel fresh or well maintained. I requested a room change and moved to the main tower, which was somewhat better, but unfortunately there was still a noticeable smell in the room. The AC worked sporadically, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The bed was not comfortable, and the pillows felt strange and lumpy. To top it off, the breakfast was disappointing and below expectations. Overall, this stay did not feel worth the cost, and the property would benefit greatly from updates and renovation."
