"Definitely a little out dated but had water bottle filling and ice machines. Mostly a convenient place to sleep with easy access to the national park for our stay."

"If you have a quick one night stay in Jackson and don't need the amenities of a larger hotel this is a perfect place to stay for the value of what you get. We had a room with two double bunk beds, which worked again in the circumstances since it was just a night to stay. The room is very clean and has been freshly renovated."

"The hotel is beautiful and well maintained for a historic building. They are in the process of upgrading the HVAC system (heating and cooling) and gave a cute warning about the potential problem of running too many appliances like hairdryers and irons while you are running the temporary AC. Live music was great and the courtyard is adorable. Close walk to the Hot Springs and downtown restaurants. The lobby is also a great spot to sit and chat and enjoy a cocktail. Check in staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Staff also acknowledged us every time we left or entered the building."

"This was the most wonderful vacation! The views are beyond beautiful, staff was amazing, amenities and activities are endless! The outdoor chapel was perfection for my niece fairytale wedding! I didn't want to leave and will definitely be back soon! We stayed in the Wind River Lodge this trip and next time we'll go for the cabin experience! Thank you YMCA!"

"I was a little skeptical at first when I booked this place, but it ended up checking all the boxes and more. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Sometimes it honestly felt like I was the only person there, and I mean that in the best possible way! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was amazing. I also really appreciated all the little complimentary touches in the room. The mini fridge was stocked with still water bottles, sparkling water, and a soda, which was such a nice surprise and made the stay feel even more thoughtful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it was exactly what I needed after a long day of exploring. I really enjoyed being able to come back to such a calm and comfortable place at the end of the day. I’m so glad I decided to stay here. It completely exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay. It truly felt like I had discovered a hidden gem."
