"Check in was a bit disorganised, I'd written to ask for a twin room as it wasn't clear if it was possible on the booking and no one had responded ( although they did after I'd checked in) when I checked in I was told no problem, but the room wasn't ready. When we went back there wasn't a twin ro available and we had to down grade to a black room with no windows to get one, but didn't get a discount. You can use only use the pool area to wait if they aren't full with bookings, we went upstairs for dinner and told we couldn't stay for dinner as they were full. I just think once you book, they should send you a request list to book everythhig so you know. "
