“It was disgusting. The cover was dirty so they told us to put the dirty one outside, NO ONE had grabbed it our whole stay which means housekeeping is not up to par, THEY HAVE NO SOAP, and our key had stopped working so I went downstairs and there was a BIG guy at the counter on night shift and we gave him our key card and he said NOTHING for 10 minutes so we thought he was fixing our key card, My husband asks him “ are we waiting for anything, he says no. This guy didn’t say two words to us and...

“The woman manning the front desk upon our arrival was not welcoming. The type of room we had reserved online was not available and she would not provide an explanation as to why. The mattress pad/covers crinkled like plastic bags. There was no breakfast available, despite breakfast being listed as an amenity. The room type and breakfast were two reasons why we had chosen this hotel over other options. Those two missing features on top of poor customer service from the woman at check in made for...

“When first arriving, the man wanted to know the name of the Expedia agent who made the reservation. He had my name but gave me a heard time with obtaining a room because I did not know her name. ???The bathroom was dirty, the bed only had a sheet, no blanket. When I asked the staff member for a blanket, he acted put out and asked me to return the blanket to the office in the morning. One plastic cup in the room and no coffee, fridge or microwave and no in-house food.”

“The room was clean and comfortable and the price made it a good value. There were very little amenities. Vending machines with snacks and soda without prices listed. There was a coffee pot but only halve and halve and no sugar or other sweeteners. The cups had no lids so was difficult to carry to room with out spilling. The hotel is fine for saving money and apparently pet friendly, I saw several guests with dogs. The dogs didn’t disturb my stay.”
