"Just wonderful ! Very hard to leave. A little paradise, owned by local family, who also provide homemade baking, their locally grown berries and everything for Breakfast. So quiet, 1km from coast, very accessible, safe, clean, comfortable, just gorgeous! Lovely staff, great pools, so relaxing xx everything you need ❤️ close to amazing beaches , restaurants and walking trails !! Easy checkin and SO WELCOMING 🙏 "

"We had a lovely stay in an apartment. It had everything to be self catering. The bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, with lots of space. The outdoor area was really lovely too, with a bbq area with seating. The
pool
was a great way to cool down. The only thing to be aware of is there is a seperate charge to use the tennis court, which isn't mentioned on the website, and we weren't told about until after we played. However I believe its not run by the hotel people. Would stay again."

"Monica and her staff are wonderful, the property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is delicious and generous. For us, after 3.5 weeks of busy travel this was a perfect location to chill. We hung out during the day at the beaches, returned to shower and go back to town for dinner. It’s only 12 min to town/beach. Great place to stay, highly recommend!"

"Love Monchique resort & spa, clean, staff are very welcoming especially Pedro the guest relations manager. Very big room with 2 bathrooms & a great view with a terrace. Full amenities in the room just missing a washing machine for the clothes. 2 pools & a gym with fitness classes. Beautiful surroundings, great hotel, I would definitely suggest it or even go back, thank you Monchique resort & spa, we loved our stay the Pereira family!"
