"We actually loved our stay. We were there for 2 nights.,Super convenient to the Riverbend music venue. Note: This hotel is not on or near the river. I thought that was a bit misleading. BUT. There is a fantastic spirits shop next door called Revival which you must visit. The staff at the CH were awesome. Kind and super helpful. Great restaurants nearby. We just had breakfast at the hotel and it was good. Their outside courtyard was beautiful. First time in Northern KY. I’d definitely go back. The room was very large but it was right on Madison. It could get a bit noisy while trying to sleep. The hotel just had a good vibe."

"The location was great. They have valet parking, or you can park your car. Close to restaurants and nightlife. The staff was available if needed. The only minor issues were a broken iron (but it worked) and a personal item left in the room that was overlooked, but they did not take away from the experience of sleeping in a comfortable bed. The room had a spacious fridge, which was appreciated."
