"Hotel looks new and clean online but it is not. Room was dirty and tub/bathroom had several spots of rust. Room service was never provided during our 4 night stay. During the last day of our stay a large thunderstorm flooded the entire room and hallway with several inches of standing water. Staff called the room several hours later to let us know we could move to a different room or sister hotel at 1130 the next day…more than 12 hours after the flooding occurred. Shoes we were supposed to wear to fly home the next day were soaked and ruined. My son’s iPhone was on the floor being charged in a nearby outlet and was ruined. When I asked about financial remedies for damages the clerk said the manager would likely apply a discount to our charges but it hadn’t been decided yet. 🙄. Find somewhere else to stay."

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. The online pictures to this location are completely deceiving. They are nothing like what you walk into the room was so moldy. The roof was leaking water. I had to be moved out of my room into a second floor room after I packed everything water leaked into my bag got all my stuff, wet then the staff proceeded to give me attitude when I requested a room transfer. I do not recommend this hotel room to anyone at all the location is very shady. There is no elevator so you have to hike up decrepit stairs that were made in 1940 and have not been painted or upgraded since then please scroll past us and never look at this place again what they really need to do is demolish this hotel down."

"The lobby was decent. It was easy to check in. The room however wasn't clean. There was hair in multiple places in the room. The beds weren't made. Come to find out, the room should've never been rented out because it wasnt cleaned even though it was assigned to us. The staff was helpful to get the room cleaned. They offered us complimentary breakfast vouchebut we chose to cancel the reservation and went to a different hotel."

"The room smelled funny and there was mold in the AC unit. They moved us rooms and that was better."

"Very pleasant breakfast and bar service at night. Super clean property, really loved the back patio sitting area. Wish the pool was outside, but it was still nice. "

"Lady at the front desk was so nice.... until i told her my AC didn't work properly and my toilet didn't flush correctly, either. She told me she could only move me once and made it seem like it was a problem. She then tried to convince me that it wasn't a problem but if I'm moved then that's another room that has to be reset to be rented and they were filling up quickly... and while i understand, I am still a customer that's already on the property telling you that there's something wrong and it's a problem to fix my issue? I was also double charged (still waiting on that to be fixed, as well.) Otherwise, the rooms i rented were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were perfection for our aches from driving across the country! Just stop making people feel horrible for wanting properly functioning air conditioning and toilets. (I fixed your toilet, myself, by the way-- you're welcome.)"
