"I like that it was in a casino that’s not huge and crowded, it has a Starbucks coffee shop, grill to order food from 7am-12am I believe and the 360 restaurant plus numerous nearby stores and restaurants. They do have a business center with 2 computers and a printer open 24/7. That’s the most liked things I can come up with besides staff is friendly especially house keepers, they go above and beyond, give you hope that people do still care and customer service hasn’t completely left our society yet. King Room (Lrg Shower) is a standard king bed room with a slightly larger walk in shower, the glass door to our shower didn’t match up and couldn’t fully shut so we had to sling a towel over the top to keep it from swinging open, I’m sure they would have fixed it had I asked but didn’t especially if I can fix the problem by placing my towel a couple inches over from normal. No microwave just fridge, Keurig coffee, and tv with minimum channels. Also free WiFi but it wasn’t good, even with 5 bars switching to my phones 2 bars was faster. Online the pool and hot tub were said to open May 1st but they didn’t until June, also a lot of advertisements about drawing for new truck and other incentives to play in the casino but the truck had already been raffled off over a week prior, low ink was constantly on and always ran out of paper. Stayed a week and wasn’t offered any comps not even meal comps even playing in the casino. It has potential and feel for top private hotel & casino in Ok."
