“My only problem was that I could tell, there was no ice machine. A hole where it should have been. The gal was amazed to hear that, but didn't offer to go down there with me. So I left with no ice!”

“This reservation was canceled about a week before in an area with few options and a cycling event in which I was a participant. The hotel over booked and kicked me off with no options. Won’t be booking with the hotel or Expedia any time soon. ”
