"The hotel and casino are wonderful - staff is excellent - the restaurants we ate at were all very good Just one thing I didn't like - rooms do not get housekeeping service until after the third night - I like to be pampered a bit when I am in a hotel on vacation so that did not sit well with me"

"I stayed at this particular location about 10 years ago. It wasn't a Sandman's then. It was a modest-looking hotel. The price was less than $100 per night. My accommodations were dated and modest. It fit the expression, "you get what you pay for". I recall that the furniture appeared to be from a second-hand store, along with a dated TV. All different now! This hotel has been upgraded! The lobby, along with the breakfast room, is clean and very modern. My room was immaculate with great Wifi, TV, bed and other amenities. For the price, it was very good for downtown London (a downtown chain hotel usually cost over $400 per night...I paid a fraction of that for this wonderful hotel). The breakfast food like sandwiches were pre-packaged, fresh fruit and plentiful. I would fill my plate and head back to my room. I will definitely b back at this hotel for my visits to London, Ontario."

"The receptionist was very welcoming and nice to me when I arrived at the hotel ! I also like how the hotel is connected to the shopping mall and a Starbucks so it was really easy to navigate 😌. 10/10 I will come back to this hotel ✨ !"

"A friend and I were in town to visit Grand Lodge across from the hotel. We have a room with two queen beds. The room was very clean with plenty of towels soap and shampoo etc. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The pool and gym are well kept as well. The breakfast was excellent. I definitely recommend it for a stay in Hamilton."
