"Upon entering the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. Our room was exceptionally clean, smelled, wonderfully fresh and the floors were immaculate. The pool area was equally well-maintained with fresh clean towels readily available. Overall, the cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive. However, what made our stay truly memorable was something far more meaningful. The integrity honesty and kindness displayed by one of your employees. My husband accidentally left his wallet in the room tucked underneath the pillow. We were already preparing to pull away when Andrea, the wonderful woman who had cleaned our room, came out to return it to us. I cannot express how much that meant to us. We were 4 states away from home. What could have turned into an absolute disaster was prevented because Andrea chose to do the right thing. Her honesty and thoughtfulness speak volumes about her character. I immediately spoke with the manager to share how impressed and grateful we were. Andrea deserves to be recognized, not only for doing her job, but for demonstrating the kind integrity and genuine goodness that is becoming increasingly rare . Andrea, we pray that God blesses your life abundantly,opens beautiful doors for you and grants you all the desires of your heart. May the kindness you showed us return to you Tenfold!
