My air was not working . I told the front desk and they said they checked it. I haven’t been able to sleep the last three nights. I asked for a room change or the air fixed nothing was done. Not good won’t be back

Comfort Suites Cookeville
The front desk clerk was less than welcoming and we had a 4lb dog with us who kept finding trash in between the sofa and tables.
