Newly opened in June 2016, the hotel still has the energy and excitement of Day 1.
Rooms are spacious, well lit and cozy. The lobby bar is swanky and romantic (live Paino) and the 20th Floor bar and balcony offer great views while unwinding.
But Four Seasons is all about service and you will not be disappointed.
If you're deciding on this hotel versus Raffles, then Four Seasons wins. Those are the only hotels I've stayed in at Jakarta.

We would definitely stay here again. The bed was quite comfortable. Location is within walking distance of the MRT. And the rooms are very clean.

Wow, wow and wow. From a cheerful and fast check in through every wonderful breakfast to check out we continued to be impressed. They deserve their nearly perfect rating. After a hot and sticky day in Jakarta, coming back to the Holiday Inn was a cool and clean respite. My only complaint was that the air system did not seem to filter out the smoke from other rooms, which was intrusive at times despite the hotel acting immediately when I brought it to their attention. I was staying overnight for the airport. The hotel was very good for this. I arrived fairly late and left very early - so did not explore the surroundings - although there seemed little to see. The staff were very polite and the hotel very clean.

Very nice hotel with Bundaran HI view, All staff are helpfull and friendly especially when we have breakfast and dinner at signature, cheft heri purnama made delicious special fried rice for us, and also all the waiter like mr.Eddy, mr.Rahman, mrs.Lidya, mr.Maliki, mr.Kevin, mr.Bray are very helpfull make us like at home
