"when we reach the hotel, there was no one at the reception. I ring the bell a few times still no one entertain us. Until I ask someone at the restaurant and she told me to find them at the pub. The room was ok and quite big. No coffee/tea making facilties in the room but there's a microwave. parking ..."

"The staff are great and very helpful. Check-in and check-out are fast. The only cons are the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working well and the AC was not cooling off. The night staff gave us a fan to be more comfortable. Definitely will recommend to family and friends."
