"Smoke detector chirping in middle of night- went to front desk to get a new battery/ told me to unplug it myself and she would leave a note for maintenance. AC unit excessive loud otherwise property nice."

"Room is cute and well decorated. The traffic noise wasn't too bad. When the air conditioner is running you can barely hear anything. The room is small and the shower is tiny, but all in all it was a good stay. The area is perfectly placed for the things in the area. We loved exploring Chattanooga and surrounding areas!"

"The hotel is so bad, it should not be operational. The room and hotel were not as advertised. The room was not cleaned, mold on the ceilings, bathroom, and in the fridge, there were cracks in the walls all the way to the ceiling, and brown matter on the walls. Upon addressing the issues with staff, they said the cleaning staff could not do anything until the next morning and we could not have another room. I asked for a remodeled room and was told there were none."
